早前台灣聯強推出 Lemel 超迷你電腦棒，細小機身內含 Intel Atom Bay Trail 處理器及 Windows 8.1 系統令人驚艷。不過來自中國的山寨廠商也不甘後人，有公司推出近似的 Dongle mini PC ，還標榜對應 Windows 8.1 、 Android 系統。
新登場的 Dongle mini PC 品牌名為 MeeGoPad ，產品型號則為 MEEGO-T01 。據該廠於阿里巴巴產品頁面上介紹， MEEGO-T01 配備 Intel Atom Z3735F/G 處理器，提供 1GB 或 2GB 記憶體版本，配 16GB 或 32GB 儲存和內建 802.11b/g/n 、 Bluetooth 4.0 無線網絡。
Intel 推出第五代行動版 Core 處理器之後，筆電廠商紛紛跟進，推出採用這代號 Broadwell 的新產品。此外，基於 UCFF 架構設計的類 NUC 超迷你電腦，除了 Intel 還有技嘉也相繼換裝新平台。技嘉近期將於國外市場，陸續開賣新版 BRIX 超迷你電腦，近期有意購買的人可得多加留意！
過去兩年左右的時間，Intel 所帶動 NUC 超迷你電腦風潮，讓依循此 UCFF（Ultra Compact Form Factor）架構設計產品的廠商也嘗到了甜頭，樂於一同拱大市場需求這塊餅。採用 UCFF 架構設計的電腦，效能與功能性已經能滿足一般人的應用需求，而且小巧機身普遍擁有精緻外觀處理，能甩開傳統主機龐大且占空間的擾人問題。

Dropbox for iPhone and iPad users is getting a lot more powerful today as the latest version includes a new action extension for iOS 8. This allows you to save information from various apps to Dropbox on iOS without having to open the cloud-syncing app.
For example, you can send photos directly to Dropbox from the iOS Photos app making uploading images to the cloud service much easier than before. You can also use the new action extension to save text files to Dropbox but entries you create in the iOS Notes app. For files you come across on the web like PDFs from websites, the “Open In…” action will now include Dropbox as well creating a more desktop-like experience.
To take advantage of the new action extension for iOS 8, make sure you have the latest version of Dropbox installed, version 3.7, and activate the action extension.
To make the process easy, open an image in the Photos app and tap the share button (an upward arrow) then scroll to the far right of the bottom row of gray actions. Next, tap more (…) and look for “Save to Dropbox” as an activity. Toggle the switch on and drag the action to where you would like to save it.
The iOS 8 Dropbox share extension should now appear in any app that Dropbox supports including Photos, Notes, files in Safari, and more. In addition to the new share extension, Dropbox already supports a number of other iOS 8-specific features including Touch ID authenticating and iCloud Drive.
PhoneExpander is currently available only for Mac. The developer plans to develop a Windows version in the future, but they’re currently focussing on the Mac version. PhoneExpander officially supports iOS 7 or later, though the developer has tested it successfully on older iOS versions as well (iOS 5.1.1 or later).
Temporary files are cache files that are stored locally by the apps to launch the app faster, which tends to take up quite a bit of storage space over time. The good news is, it is quite safe to delete the temporary files. PhoneExpander gives you a very easy way to clear temporary files. It is important to note here that it does not delete login information, your settings etc.
One of the easiest ways to free up storage space is to remove unused apps especially games. PhoneExpander makes it extremely easy to delete unwanted apps from your iOS device. Please note that all the app related data such as game data that is not stored in iCloud will also be deleted when you delete the app.

I was able to free up 3 GB by removing 23 unwanted apps from my iPhone 6 Plus. You can delete the apps manually on the device itself, but it is a lot more convenient to do it using PhoneExpander as you don’t have to keep tapping on the confirmation dialogue boxes for each app. You just need to click on the delete button, and it will delete all the unwanted apps.
Photos and videos probably end up taking the most storage on my device. PhoneExpander offers a nifty option where you can take a backup of all the photos and videos on your device that are older than a few weeks, months or years, and delete them from your device to free up storage space.

小米的超高性價比手機產品不僅亞洲區，連歐美不少人都對其趨之若鶩（應該啦…），可惜他們都未能進入該市場。而今天，小米終於在一場舉行在三藩市的傳媒聚會上，由公司吉祥物國際副總裁 Hugo Barra 宣布他們會在美國開設網上商店，並售賣一系列小米配件，包括小米手環、小米電源和跟隨小米 Note 一同發佈的小米頭戴式耳機。而最重要的手機和平版呢？Bara 稱未有計劃。
不過小米和 Bara 都沒有說「永遠」不會上市，估計是因為其手機、平版電腦產品有太多潛在法律問題還沒有解決，而且其硬體和 MIUI 也需要調整至適合美國人的使用習慣。也許先把配件上市是小米想在美國市場試試水溫，為其他產品的登陸作預備吧。不過在解決以上問題之後，小編預計小米原來的性價比優勢會因為成本上漲而變得盪然無存了。

A new smart bracelet called Tago Arc can’t notify you of incoming messages or monitoryour activities, but it has already raised more than its $40,000 goal on Indiegogo. Why? Because it has the potential to become a high-tech fashionista’s best friend, provided it works flawlessly. See, you can easily swap the design on the Tago Arc’s e-ink screen, and since that screen takes up most of the accessory, you’re effectively changing the jewelry’s whole look. If you’re wondering, yes you can create your own designs to come up with a unique bracelet for each outfit, but you can also buy images from the accompanying app for around $1 a pop.
You’ll need to use an NFC-enabled Android phone to transfer each image, though, and iPhones are a no-go for now, since their NFCs are still locked to Apple Pay. The device also absorbs any power it needs via NFC while linked to your phone, and since it has no other features and uses a low-power e-ink screen, it doesn’t need batteries to work. At the moment, it still takes quite some time (15 seconds or so) to transfer a picture, but the Tago Arc team is working to make the process faster before the first devices ship out to backers in December.
Been jonesing to see what Windows 10 looks like on smaller screens? You now have your chance. Microsoft has just released a Technical Preview of the new OS for smartphones. This extra-early version won’t include the next-gen Spartan browser and still has a lot of unfinished elements, but it’ll give you a good sneak peek at Action Center upgrades, across-the-board voice dictation support and the better photo browser. Future test builds will also bring the much-improved Calendar and Mail apps, unified messaging and phone versions of universal Office apps.
With that said, don’t be surprised if you have to sit out this initial release. Joining theWindows Insider Program is easy, but the preview works only on the Lumia 630 series, the Lumia 730 (not the 735) and the Lumia 830. Unfortunately, Microsoft has to tweak the update process before you can experiment on higher-end gear like the Lumia Icon. If you’re part of that lucky qualifying bunch and don’t mind dealing with bugs, though, there’s nothing holding you back.

雷軍的精心部署讓我有理由相信小米正在打造一個完整的小米生態鏈，連結用戶個人以及其家庭線上線下所有生活的一切。在1月15日的小米新品發佈會上，小米除了推出最新旗艦產品小米Note外，更發佈了定價為22元的通用智能模塊，雷布斯更同時首度詮釋了小米在生態鏈、在智能家居領域的中心思路，即是以手機為中心連接所有智能設備方向。智能模塊的目的是與智能平台掛鉤，實現小米智能家居的構想。安裝智能模塊後，傳統家電產品將通過手機APP，實現連接與控制功能，從而搖身一變成為智能設備。如果接下來小米推出根據米粉飲食習慣而提供個人化菜譜的智能雪櫃和個人化口味的智能咖啡機，我也不應該感到意外。
您很可能質疑小米最終會否成功。但小米手環與健康的結合已是一個很好的開始。小米手環能夠追蹤米粉的行走或跑步距離，並將其發佈到社交網站上，的確是項了不起的功能。而真正的突破即將來臨，到那時，資訊不僅會被儲存下來，還能以真正有意義的方式關聯起來，從而在分享數據的基礎上帶來更多附加價值。
小米手環即將迅速成為我們的日常健康監控器。例如，這裝置可以監測用戶的心率、建立活動形態、睡眠情況、診斷潛在異常(甚至心臟病)。一旦出現問題，便可及時提醒使用者。小米手環還能追蹤病人的狀態，方便醫生通過持續的監控獲取大量資訊。試想：如果我給你一台能精確預測你患癌症概率的裝置（須知中國人因環境污染將會成為全世界患癌機率最高的一個族群之一），並有機會挽救你的生命，你會拒絕使用嗎？
